How to Submit my Transcripts TO Excel High School (US Students)
If you're enrolling at Excel High School or Northgate Academy and need your transcript sent from your previous school, we can help you get started. Some schools require a formal records request from the receiving school (that's us!), while others will send the transcript directly to us if you make the request yourself. Below are two easy options to get it done:
Option 1: Submit the Request Yourself (Preferred Option)
Give your previous school a call or check out their website to see how they handle transcript orders. Just follow their steps, and when you're ordering, make sure to send a copy to Excel HS or Northgate Academy. If you'd like a copy for yourself too, go ahead and order an extra one!
Important: Sending Official Transcripts
If your previous school will only send your transcripts to you, please have them mailed to your home but do not open the envelope. Instead, forward the unopened, sealed envelope to our mailing address.
For a transcript to be considered official, it must arrive at our office directly from the school or remain completely sealed and unopened by the student.

Forwarded emails from digital services like Parchment or ScribOrder

Opened paper transcripts, even if you did not alter them
This policy protects the integrity of student records and ensures that all transcripts remain tamper-proof and verifiable.

Option 2: Let Us Request It for You
If your previous school REQUIRES the receiving school to initiate the request, we can handle it for you as long as you have fully enrolled by making your first payment.
Just complete the form below with the required information, and our Registrar Team will send a records request on your behalf.

What Happens Next?
We only request, process, and evaluate transcripts for students who are officially enrolled and have paid their tuition.
Most schools take 4–8 business days to process transcript requests, but timing can vary. We’ll notify you as soon as we receive it. If we haven’t received your transcript within two weeks, you may need to contact your previous school directly to follow up.
