I'm Enrolled - How do I add a new Single Course?

Adding a new course is easy—and you don’t have to wait! Whether you're catching up, getting ahead, or exploring a new subject, here’s how to request enrollment in an individual course through the Help Desk.

Step 1: Open the Help Desk

Log in to your Learn Stage account and select “Help Desk” from the left-side menu.

  • Excel High School (EHS):

Step 2: Add a New Ticket

Click the “Add” button in the upper-right corner of the Help Desk dashboard.

Step 3: Fill Out Your Ticket

In the “Add Ticket” window:

  • Title: Enter a subject like “Request to Add Single Course.”

  • Description: Include the course name you'd like to add and any questions or details you want to share.

When you’re done, click “Submit.”

Step 4: Watch for a Response

You’ll receive an email notification when our team replies to your ticket—usually within 24–48 hours. Once your course is added, you’ll see it appear in your Learn Stage dashboard.
