How Do I Submit a Help Desk Ticket in Learn Stage?

If you’re a current student, the quickest and easiest way to get assistance is through the Help Desk in Learn Stage. The Help Desk is your direct line to academic support, technical help, billing inquiries, and re-enrollment questions.

How to Submit a Help Desk Ticket

1. Log in to Learn Stage

  • Go to Learn Stage.
  • Enter your student login credentials.

2. Locate the Help Desk

  • On the left-hand sidebar, you’ll see a menu option labeled “Help Desk.”
  • Click to open the Help Desk page.

 

3. Submit a Ticket

  • Click the “Add” button to create a new support request.
  • Select the appropriate department from the dropdown menu. Options may include:
    • Academic Support – Questions about coursework, assignments, or grading.
    • Technical Support – Issues with Learn Stage, login problems, or system errors.
    • Billing & Payments – Tuition payments, invoices, or account changes.
    • Re-enrollment & Course Selection – Assistance with enrolling in the next grade level or selecting new courses.
  • Fill out the form with a clear description of your issue or question.
  • Attach files if needed (e.g., screenshots, assignment files).
  • Click "Submit" to send your request.

4. Track Your Request

  • After submitting, you can check the status of your ticket and view responses from our team.
  • Responses will appear in your Help Desk dashboard, and you may also receive email updates.
