If you have questions about coursework, assignments, grading, or need additional clarification on a lesson, the Help Desk in Learn Stage is the best way to get assistance from Excel High School’s academic support team.

How to Submit a Help Desk Ticket for Course Assistance

1. Log in to Learn Stage

  • Go to Learn Stage.
  • Enter your student login credentials.

2. Open the Help Desk

  • In the left-hand sidebar, click on “Help Desk.”
  • This will open the support portal where you can submit a request.

3. Create a Support Ticket

  • Click the “Add” button to open a new request.
  • Select the "Academic Support" category.
  • Provide a detailed description of your question or issue.
  • Attach any relevant files (screenshots, assignment documents, or coursework references).
  • Click “Submit” to send your request.

4. Track Your Request

  • After submitting, you can check the status of your ticket and view responses from the academic support team.
  • Responses will appear in your Help Desk dashboard, and you may also receive email notifications.
