If you have questions about coursework, assignments, grading, or need additional clarification on a lesson, the Help Desk in Learn Stage is the best way to get assistance from Excel High School’s academic support team.
How to Submit a Help Desk Ticket for Course Assistance
1. Log in to Learn Stage
- Go to Learn Stage.
- Enter your student login credentials.
2. Open the Help Desk
- In the left-hand sidebar, click on “Help Desk.”
- This will open the support portal where you can submit a request.
3. Create a Support Ticket
- Click the “Add” button to open a new request.
- Select the "Academic Support" category.
- Provide a detailed description of your question or issue.
- Attach any relevant files (screenshots, assignment documents, or coursework references).
- Click “Submit” to send your request.
4. Track Your Request
- After submitting, you can check the status of your ticket and view responses from the academic support team.
- Responses will appear in your Help Desk dashboard, and you may also receive email notifications.
