Once you’ve successfully completed all graduation requirements and your records are verified, your diploma will be processed and mailed to you. Here’s what you need to know about the process:
📦 Diploma Mailing Process
Standard Delivery:
- Diplomas are processed and mailed via standard shipping at no additional cost after final transcript and graduation verification.
- Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks after processing.
Expedited Delivery:
- If you need your diploma faster, you can purchase expedited shipping through the School Store.
- Expedited options include faster processing and priority mail delivery.
✅ Note: Processing time begins once all academic records are complete and financial obligations are settled.
📬 How to Confirm or Update Your Mailing Address

Log in to your Learn Stage account.

Navigate to your Profile Settings.

Confirm that your mailing address is correct.

If changes are needed, update your address before your graduation is finalized.
If you’ve already completed your program and need to change your address, please contact the Registrar’s Office immediately.
📄 What to Do If You Lose Your Diploma
If you lose your diploma or need an additional copy, you can order a replacement at any time through the School Store.
