Can I Get a Refund If I Withdraw?
Excel High School offers a refund policy for students who choose to withdraw, but refunds are subject to specific conditions based on the timing of the withdrawal.
Refund Policy Overview
- Full Refund – If a student withdraws within the initial trial period, they may be eligible for a full refund (specific timeframes apply; refer to the Tuition & Pricing page for details).
- Partial Refund – After the trial period, a prorated refund may be available based on the number of months enrolled and tuition paid.
- No Refunds for Completed Courses – Once a course is fully completed, no refunds are issued.
- No Refunds for Pay-in-Full Students After the Refund Window Closes – Students who pay tuition in full are only eligible for refunds within the refund period.
How to Request a Refund
- Submit a formal withdrawal request through the Help Desk in the Learn Stage portal.
- Provide the necessary details, including the reason for withdrawal and any supporting information.
- The finance team will review the request and determine refund eligibility.
Important Notes
- Refunds are not automatic and must be requested.
- Processing times may vary; allow time for review and final approval.
- If a student is on a monthly payment plan, scheduled payments will stop after withdrawal, but past payments are non-refundable.
