Can I Get a Refund If I Withdraw?

Excel High School offers a refund policy for students who choose to withdraw, but refunds are subject to specific conditions based on the timing of the withdrawal.

Refund Policy Overview

  • Full Refund – If a student withdraws within the initial trial period, they may be eligible for a full refund (specific timeframes apply; refer to the Tuition & Pricing page for details).
  • Partial Refund – After the trial period, a prorated refund may be available based on the number of months enrolled and tuition paid.
  • No Refunds for Completed Courses – Once a course is fully completed, no refunds are issued.
  • No Refunds for Pay-in-Full Students After the Refund Window Closes – Students who pay tuition in full are only eligible for refunds within the refund period.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Submit a formal withdrawal request through the Help Desk in the Learn Stage portal.
  2. Provide the necessary details, including the reason for withdrawal and any supporting information.
  3. The finance team will review the request and determine refund eligibility.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are not automatic and must be requested.
  • Processing times may vary; allow time for review and final approval.
  • If a student is on a monthly payment plan, scheduled payments will stop after withdrawal, but past payments are non-refundable.
